So how did you spend your day of celebration?

We had a lazy breakfast then made our way along the track some 45K to Elizabeth Ck where the water is flowing well. The sound of birds, and flowing water was all that was audible. We swam so did Rocky the dog. It was absolutely amazing in the cool looking up at the huge melaleuca paper bark trees towering over us. They’ve seen it all before as they must be at least 100 years old. To have this magnificent area all to ourselves is something very special.

We will finish the day with a lamb bbq and plenty of sparkling wine. Wow we are so lucky.
